The monthly subscription fee (USD 250) includes access to Surveys, Learning Courses, and MCQ-based Exercises for up to 500 participants each month. You also receive continuous product updates and support.
The fair use policy allows adding up to 500 participants per month to your account. If you exceed this limit, an additional fee of USD 2 per participant will be charged.
If you exceed the 500-user limit, you will be charged an additional fee of USD 2 per participant beyond the limit.

The subscription fee is billed at the beginning of each month.
The usage fee for participants exceeding the fair use limit or 360-degree feedback surveys is billed at the end of each month.
