Validation includes convergent benchmarks with OCEAN, SHL OPQ32, and Hogan (HDI), plus internal validity and reliability evidence (Cronbach’s alpha typically 0.6-0.8). This equips you to address stakeholder questions on validity, reliability, and the responsible use of psychometric tools.
