No hidden fees. All prices listed are exclusive of GST. Taxes are added and shown clearly in the invoice.
Most tools do not require any setup fees. A one-time setup charge applies only for configurable options - such as TTPI Focused Profile & Competency Profile Reports, or 360 Feedback Questionnaire uploads - and only if you request the Elemetrik/Think Talent team to set them up for you. If you opt for self-service setup, no fees apply. Most products don’t involve complex configuration or setup.
All prices listed are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before payment. You’ll see the final payable amount on your invoice.
Yes. Tools like 360° Feedback offer tiered pricing for higher volumes. If you plan to use more than 100 units for any product, please reach out to us for customized pricing.
No. Elemetrik follows a simple pay-per-use model, there are no monthly or annual subscription fees.
Elemetrik follows a bi-monthly invoicing cycle:
Your invoice lists all tool usage within the billing period along with applicable GST.
Payments are due upon receiving the invoice, as per the standard billing cycle - 7 days.
We accept payments through all modes supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Invoices are issued in the name of Think Talent Services Pvt. Ltd., as Elemetrik is a product of Think Talent.
Yes. The invoice is generated before payment and visible in the Invoices tab in your Elemetrik buyer portal, ensuring full transparency on pricing and applicable taxes.
Each report is billed separately. To upgrade, you can purchase the additional report directly.
