Fair Use Policy​

Our goal is to provide you with the most value from our subscription plan.

To ensure fair usage and maintain optimal performance for all our customers, we have established the following fair use policy for our ready-to-use products:

Included in Subscription: You can add up to 500 new participants to your account each month. For these 500 participants, you can conduct as many surveys, learning courses, and MCQ-based exercises as you like.

Additional Usage Fees: For participants exceeding the 500-user limit in any month, an additional fee of USD 2 per participant will apply.

Example: 

If you have 600 participants using Surveys, Learning Courses, or MCQ-based Exercises in a month, the cost will be calculated as follows:

• Included in Subscription: 500 participants
• Additional Participants: 100 participants x USD 2 = USD 200

This ensures that all customers can use our platform effectively while allowing us to manage resources and support efficiently.
